Murray Lloyd Holds Community Planning Alliance Webinar

Murray Lloyd was invited to hold a webinar by the Community Planning Alliance on how to challenge developers’ viability claims.
The webinar focused on:
- The history of viability in planning and what has changed from 2012 to present day
- The changes in PPG on Viability (2018/2019)
- Overview of the Residual Method and how it is used in viability in planning and what to look out for when looking at appraisal inputs and outputs
- Approach to Benchmark Land Value in the context of appeals such as Warburton Lane
