Welcoming Georgia to the Team!

This week, Continuum have welcomed their Summer Intern to the London team.

Georgia Garry studied Planning and Property Development at Oxford Brookes from 2019. There she developed a special interest in PropTech where she enjoyed learning about future technological advances in the industry.

Q: Let’s start simple with a quick introductory question – what’s something that people might not assume about you?

A: That I’m a world champion in the pipe band. Two-time champion might I add.

Q: Favourite city in the world and why?

A: Tempted to go with Edinburgh, but that’s home. I’d say I prefer the countryside- I’m more content frolicking the fields.

Q: Do you have a favourite architect or building?

A: Musee des Confluences in Leon by Wolf D Prix. I think it looks like a scrunched up piece of paper.

Q: What was your dissertation on?

A: My dissertation topic was exploring if the application of renewable technologies in all new social housing could assist the government’s 2050 net zero emissions target. It doesn’t have any effect.
