The countdown is on with just one month to go until UKREiiF 2025, and the Continuum team is excited to be part of this year’s event in Leeds.
We’re proud to be exhibiting alongside our public sector partners, Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council, as we unveil two major regeneration projects set to transform their communities. These high-profile opportunities are ready to be launched to private developers, businesses, and investors.
Over the three days, our team of Murray Lloyd, Steve Bird and Chris Gardner will be showcasing how Continuum’s expertise in regeneration, development management, and viability has played a critical role in formulating ideas and approach to creating market-ready development opportunities. They’ll also be highlighting our broader range of services that support both public and private sector clients in delivering successful, sustainable developments.
If you're heading to UKREiiF, here are 5 reasons to book a meeting with our team.
UKREiiF 2025 marks the official market launch of two major regeneration opportunities in Cannock and Stafford, each backed by significant public investment and primed for private sector involvement.
In Cannock, we’re working alongside Cannock Chase District Council to deliver a transformative town centre regeneration programme supported by Levelling Up funding. The initial phase of the project has been land and building acquisition followed by a planned programme of demolition. Phase 1A, The Northern Gateway, includes the refurbishment of Beecroft Road car park with EV charging, the creation of new public realm, and the development of a café at the Northern Gateway. Phase 2 has seen further acquisition to be followed by planned demolition to create “oven-ready” development sites. Cannock are looking for a partner to help deliver their vision for a 21st century town centre.
In Stafford, we’re supporting the Borough Council on the major re-development of the town centre, working closely with MHCLG who are supporting the market intervention through the Future High Streets Fund (FHSF). The Stafford Town Centre Transformation, supported by £14.3 million from the FHSF, is unlocking around 1.4 hectares of redevelopment land across the former Co-op and Guildhall sites, ready for mixed-use schemes with ground floor retail/commercial and significant residential potential.
If you’re an investor or private developer, don’t miss your chance to get involved early. Visit Continuum and our local authority partners at Stafford’s stand (E22) at UKREiiF to explore how you can play a role in shaping these ambitious regeneration projects.
