Continuum acted on behalf of a local authority who were offered a large mixed-use site. The local authority had received a purchase price accompanied by Heads of Terms and they instructed Continuum to review all supporting evidence.

Through analysis of the site-specific challenges, terms offered and the local market, Continuum proceeded to advise the client on the value of the site whilst providing a suitable property mix for the residential and employment land. In addition, Continuum provided strategic development advice in relation to the retention and disposal of key assets.

Services Provided

Continuum provided a further support function to the local authority. By reviewing the agreed terms and considering the position the client would need to achieve to ensure the scheme was feasible, the team advised on an appropriate purchase price.
