Continuum acted on behalf of a Landowner who received offers from two well established land promoters. Continuum proceeded to assess the terms offered and we applied our development knowledge to agree heads of terms which were transparent, and that benefited the landowner.

Through the analysis of the land, local market and the site-specific constraints, Continuum provided an estimated land value for the landowner to demonstrate how the terms offered matched the true value of the site. Following this, Continuum worked as an intermediary between the landowner and land promoter in order to agree terms and progress this matter to the legal stage.
