Continuum have a proven track record of involvement in regeneration projects exemplified by the award-winning Wokingham Town Centre regeneration that was recognised by the RTPI in their annual awards 2020 winning the “Planning Excellence – Planning for a Successful Economy” category. In addition, we played an integral part in helping to secure grant funding through the Housing Infrastructure Fund for Tameside Council at Godley Green worth £10,000,000.

Continuum have a proven track record of enabling Councils to access various sources of funding and financing. This is achieved by establishing business cases to determine the most efficient way to deliver regeneration including direct delivery and private public partnerships. We have experience of managing the procurement process regarding private sector involvement in regeneration projects on behalf of Local Authorities.
We have expertise of creating business cases and undertaking economic viability assessments of proposed development schemes using the HM Treasury ‘Green Book’. This enables to understand the value for money of a project to the public sector.
